Order Cancellation Request

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at Support@lilycolburn.com.

After this time window, orders are automatically processed to ensure fast shipping, and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.


Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed after confirmation.


If Your Order Has Not Arrived Yet

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address without canceling the order
  • If your order has already been shipped, address changes or cancellations will no longer be possible
